Complete exhaust system for Seat Leon Cupra 3 hatchback with sports catalytic converter

The package includes:

• Downpipe with EURO 3 or EURO 4 catalyst 100 or 200 cpsi,
• Round silencer,
• Central silencer with exhaust valve that allows you to choose between loud and quiet mode,
• Pipe ends,
• 2 carbon fiber exhaust tips,
• Control unit with two pilots and batteries,
• All connections

The exhaust system used an AWG Polonez sports catalytic converter.

What is the EURO standard?

• A standard for the permissible exhaust emissions of new vehicles sold in the European Union and the European Economic Area. These standards were developed in a series of European directives, which gradually tightened their restrictiveness. Catalysts with a higher standard have better exhaust gas filtering properties and reduce more particles in the exhaust.

What is capacity (cpsi)?

• The Cpsi value literally means the number of cells per square inch – the more cells there are, the smaller they are, and therefore the lower the Cpsi value, the more permeable the catalyst itself is. For the best possible flow, we recommend using a catalyst with the lowest Cpsi value possible.
  
  

Thanks to the exhaust valve, the system can be used on longer distances in a quieter version and on the track, which increases the engine sound.
Installation is easy and no additional fasteners are required.
The system is made entirely of acid-resistant steel (T304, X5CrNi18-10, 1.4301, AISI 304, 0H18N9).
Every part of the product is manufactured using CNC technology.
The product has a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.

Pipe diameter- 76 mm.

Avoid using a pressure washer directly on the damper connections.

Do not use chemicals that can damage stainless steel.

Allow the system to cool before cleaning.

Installation is recommended to be done by a professional to ensure optimal performance and safety.
