The manufacture of the rear panel is not a straightforward process. The final stage of production consists of manual work and finishing. This complexity speaks to the precision and care with which we approach the manufacture of our components. Furthermore, to prevent as many suboptimal defective parts as possible from being delivered to our customers, we have employed a rigorous quality control process that is carried out on each product just before shipment.

The material we use in the manufacture of our tuning products is ABS plastic, which was originally designed for use in the automotive industry. It is commonly used in the manufacture of factory bumpers and other vehicle body parts that require high durability and flexibility. As a testament to the quality of our elements, their manufacturing material is TUV certified and the products themselves are TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE certified. Each certified part is marked with a red mark above the product code.
