Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high strength and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon fiber.
Our carbon fiber department – a production branch specializing in carbon fiber processing – manufactures the elements we offer. These include the side splitters for the Audi RS3 Sedan / Sportback 8Y. Side splitters are aerodynamic parts on the sides of the vehicle that cover the lower part of the car's sills.
These side splitters lower the body structure both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space under the car by two centimeters. The splitters have mounting holes. These holes prevent the structural elements from being disturbed, but do not reduce their durability.
The diameters are made in Poland. They are manufactured using thermo-pressure technology. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most advanced carbon production method, which guarantees an excellent result – both in terms of durability and appearance.
We ship carbon fiber products properly secured – in addition to the standard foil protection that protects the component from scratches, we also use a lot of bubble wrap and protective mats that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.
