Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high strength and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon fiber.
The elements we offer, including the rear diffuser for the Audi RS3 8Y, are manufactured in our carbon fiber department – our production department specializing in carbon fiber. The rear diffuser is an aerodynamic component of the front end that covers the lower part of the rear bumper.
The rear diffuser lowers the body both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space under the car by two centimeters. The diffuser has mounting holes. These holes prevent the element from being disturbed in its structure, but do not reduce its strength.
The rear diffuser is made in Poland. It is made by thermo-pressure treatment. The carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern carbon production method, which guarantees an excellent result – both in terms of strength and visual properties.
We ship carbon fiber products properly secured – in addition to the standard foil protection that protects the component from scratches, we also use a lot of bubble wrap and protective mats that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.
