Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high strength and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon fiber.
Our carbon fiber department – a production branch specializing in carbon fiber – manufactures the elements we offer. These include the front spoiler for the Audi RS3 8Y. The front spoiler is an aerodynamic part of the front of the vehicle that covers the lower part of the front bumper.
This front splitter lowers the body structure both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space in front of the car by two centimeters. The splitter has mounting holes. These holes prevent the element from being disturbed, but do not reduce its durability.
Carbon fiber is made in Poland. It is made using thermo-pressure technology. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most advanced carbon production method, which guarantees an excellent result – both in terms of durability and appearance.
